Since 1930, four generations of winemakers have looked after Domaine de Benedetti. The Estate owns vineyards in some of the most exclusive sites of the Rhône region including the famous plateau de la Crau, with its Rhône pebbles, resulting in deep and complex wines. Organic practices are adapted plot by plot to preserve the biological balance of each ecosystem along with the use of Indigenous yeasts, minimum sulphur allowance, and a holistic approach to carry the winemaking cycle in conjunction with the lunar calendar.
